Shipping

We are currently figuring out our shipping options. Thank you for your patience as we try to get our shipping up and running!

Local Delivery & Pickups

All dog treats are made to order. They will be ready for delivery or pickup within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

​

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 25 miles of Mill Creek, Washington. For orders under $50, there will be a $5 local delivery fee.

​

Deliveries are made from 9AM - 3PM during the weekdays. We will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you when your order will be delivered.

​

We also offer free in-person pickup at Mill Creek City Hall (15728 Main Street, Mill Creek, 98012). We will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a time for pickup.

Refunds & Exchanges

For dog treats

Dog treats purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of the products. However, if you or your canine companion(s) is/are unsatisfied with our dog treats, please get in touch with us at labandpals@gmail.com.

For accessories

Please inspect your purchases upon receiving them and contact us immediately if the purchased item(s) is/are defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can do our best to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Please note that all of our accessories are handmade, so there may be slight variations to listing pictures.
