shipping
my processing time is 3-7 business days. i currently offer flat rate shipping within washington state, usa for $10. i offer free shipping for orders over $100.
i ship with usps, and delivery time may take 3-7 business days. please make sure that your address is correct when submitting an order, as once your package has been dropped off at the post office, it is out of my control. also, i am not responsible for any lost packages.

if your order has not arrived within 1-2 weeks of confirmed delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the usps delivery claim.
to become a more sustainable business, i use minimal packaging when sending orders.
local pick-up's
free pick-up's are available in these locations: bothell, lynnwood, mill creek, redmond, and bellevue. i will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a pick-up date and time.
refunds & exchanges
i accept returns, but not exchanges or cancellations.

please inspect your purchases upon receiving them and contact me within 5 days of delivery if the purchased item(s) is/are damaged, defective, or incorrect. product(s) must be in brand new and unused condition to be considered for returns.

due to the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

please contact me within 5 days of delivery with any issue at labandpals@gmail.com. buyers are responsible for return postage costs. if the product(s) is/are not returned within 14 days of delivery and in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. to be eligable for a return, all products must be in its original packaging, unworn, unused, and you must have a proof of purchase or receipt.
